Yes. Invoices are exported as true text-based A4 PDF files — selectable, searchable and print-ready, with automatic multi-page pagination for long item lists. The PDF opens in any viewer and prints perfectly.
Does it support multiple currencies and taxes?
Yes. Choose from 50+ world currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, INR, AUD, CAD and more), apply percentage or fixed discounts, set tax rates (including GST and VAT), track amounts paid, and the totals are calculated automatically.
Can I create a GST invoice for India?
Yes. Set your currency to INR, configure the appropriate GST percentage (5%, 12%, 18%, 28%), and add custom fields for GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, and place of supply. The PDF is fully compliant with standard GST invoice formatting.
Can I add my company logo to the invoice?
Absolutely. Upload a PNG or JPEG logo in the Your Company section. It appears on every invoice and in the downloaded PDF. Your logo is saved locally so you only upload it once.
Can I add custom fields to my invoice?
Yes. Custom fields let you add anything an invoice needs — GSTIN, PAN number, project code, PO reference, work order ID, license number, or anything else specific to your business or jurisdiction.

Does the invoice generator work on mobile?
Yes — the entire app is fully responsive and works on iPhone, Android, tablets and desktops. On mobile, the editor and preview live in separate tabs so you can build invoices comfortably on the smallest screens.
Can I create invoices in different templates?
Yes. Choose from multiple minimal templates (Classic, Modern, Bold, Elegant) — all strictly black and white, professional, and print-ready. Switch templates anytime; your data carries over.
What is the difference between an invoice and a bill?
They refer to the same document from different perspectives. An invoice is what the seller issues to request payment for goods or services. The same document is called a "bill" by the recipient who needs to pay it. Functionally, the content is identical.
What are typical payment terms?
Common payment terms are Net 7, Net 15, Net 30, Net 60, Net 90, "Due on Receipt", or "Advanced" (50% upfront). Net 30 means payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date — the most common standard for B2B work.
Does the PDF print correctly on A4 paper?
Yes. Invoices are generated at exactly A4 size (210 × 297 mm) with proper margins, so the printed output matches the on-screen preview. If items overflow one page, the generator automatically paginates onto additional A4 pages.
Can I edit a previously generated invoice?
Your last-used company details are saved automatically in your browser, so you can re-open the app and they're already filled in. For full invoice history with editable past invoices, that's on the roadmap.
Will my data be lost if I close the browser?
Your company details, logo, and preferences persist in your browser's local storage. The actual invoice items reset on reload — for the current version, finish and download the PDF before closing the tab.
Can I use this for freelance, consulting, or small business invoicing?
Yes — this is designed precisely for freelancers, consultants, agencies, contractors, photographers, designers, developers, coaches, and small business owners who need professional invoices fast, without subscription overhead.
How do I add a discount to my invoice?
In the Items tab > Tax & Discounts, choose either a percentage discount (e.g., 10%) or a fixed amount (e.g., $50). The total recalculates automatically and the discount line appears on the PDF.
Can I send the invoice directly via email or WhatsApp?
Download the PDF and attach it to any email, WhatsApp message, or messaging app. The PDF is a standard file that works everywhere — no special viewer required.
Can I share an invoice as a link instead of a PDF?
Yes. Click the Share button in the toolbar to get a "view in browser" link. Anyone who opens it sees the invoice exactly as you do, in read-only mode, and can download the PDF themselves. The data is encoded into the URL — nothing is uploaded to a server.
Can I generate 50 invoices at once from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Use the Bulk CSV feature: upload a CSV with one row per invoice and download a ZIP containing all PDFs. See the full Bulk CSV guide for the column reference and a sample file.
Does it support a UPI QR code on the invoice?
Yes. In GST mode, enter your UPI ID and a scan-to-pay QR code is automatically added to the invoice — clients pay instantly from any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM).
Is the app available in Hindi or other languages?
Yes. The landing page is available in हिन्दी (Hindi), Español, Français, Deutsch and Português. The invoice editor itself uses universal interface labels that work across languages.
